wow, why in the world would you buy a designer item that is made for children to spit up on

Now here's 'disposable income' to the extreme. $250,000.

Swimming in pure gold is now a dream come true. Japan’s jeweler Tanaka Kikinzoku introduced a bathing suit made from more then 17oz of finely woven, pure gold thread. Traditional Japanese craftsmanship and metalworking techniques were used to create this exquisite masterpiece. Unfortunately, even if you are feeling richie-rich, the bathing suit is not for-sale; however a solid gold dress made by the same designer is available at a price of $250,000.

^^ i am sure some couture pieces could reach those amounts of money... and if i had to chose, i would clearly go for the couture and not the tacky gold dress...

what are these gucci "scented shelf papers"?? i mean what's a shelf paper at all?

hmm you put them in the bottom of your shelf and then...well...nothing happens

some people have too much money

money cant buy you happiness but it can buy you gucci shelf papers :magic:

that Dior bear gave me an eyesore while trying to find the eys and lips

the hermes condom thing is so stupid, you're not supposed to keep condoms in spaces like that cause it messes them up.

so you're spending about $300 on a condom holder and then you'd be spending more money on child support cause the condom broke

To go with the Bottega dog bowls are the Louis Vuitton dog leads!

of course LV isn't going to make a carrier for the prada phone

We've just gotten word of the first luxury iPhone carrying case (not to be confused with the Dooney & Burke case highlighted by Fashionista yesterday; that's for the LG phone), made by Louis Vuitton. With prices starting at $225 for the logoed canvas style and going up to $1,120 for an alligator version, you'd better have a good calling plan. The cases will be available from July 16 at Vuitton's Fifth Avenue flagship store, and nationwide in October.

and the LG phone carrier that is mentioned in the article

Mobile companies are racing to quench the iPod lust in their customers, and until they can release similar phones, they seem to think that fashion is the answer.

While rumors of the Gucci for Nokia phone still swirl, the LG Prada phone is in demand, and don't think Diane Von Furstenberg is the only fashion designer to revamp the TMobile Sidekick - our favorite gossip involves Heatherette and some cellular sparkles.

And then there's this Dooney & Bourke pouch for LG girls.

It's not very cute, but for the logo-hungry teens who make up Dooney's core fan base - a feeder group for Coach and maybe later, Louis Vuitton - it might mean more than a high-tech interface and speed-of-light text messaging.

Can logos distract cellular girls from getting a cooler phone?

Okay a lip balm cap? That definitely wins for being the most pointless.

The photo in #950 reminds me of something that would be in a Matthew Barney movie.....
