those little anklets remind me of electronic bracelets we put on criminals...maybe this is a step in the direction of "fashionable" probation for the rich and famous?!:D

^^and doesnt taste much... there's a spanish company that manufactures this gold leaves and they also do stuff like chanpagne with "gold dust" and stuff... absolutly pointless, but i must say it looked great in contrast with dark chocolate.

i also tried, long time ago, golden hazelnuts (aka plain nuts covered in gold dust) i guess it has become "trendy" in fancy restaurants although i really cant understand why...

A friend of mine has one of these and its like...pointless, it has like 256 MB for storage and i cost him like 200 dlls, its so big and heavy, it looks cool but as a usb flash drive is almost useless. i wouldt pay that much for it when my LG shine cost me like 15 dlls ^_^ and has 1GB capacity...

really? that's weird...i have one too (but i got ripped off, i paid $300 ) and i don't find it useless at all. it's so handy and the 1GB storage has enough space for all my music, documents, pictures etc...it's perfect for when i'm working b/c i can just keep it around my neck and pull off the usb part whenever i need to show anything to my clients. you're right about it being big and heavy though but i don't mind...i actually like it that way!
but for the price your friend and myself paid, it should've been 2GB!

the :santa: Karl Lagerfeld Holiday Log?

"Karl Lagerfeld has designed a limited edition Holiday Log with the Parisian baker Lenôtre. The Holiday Log is a traditional French dessert eaten during the holiday season and represents a log from a fireplace. The Karl Lagerfeld holiday log comes in a mirrored box and a axe made of caramelized sugar. The actual log is made of gingerbread with almonds and hazelnuts filled with a compote of sweet orange and apricot and a chocolate coulis. The cake will only be available by order from Lenôtre during the holiday season."

doubt he even tasted it :innocent:

Dress your bottle with the most exclusive Prada leather. Prada fuses values of tradition, innovation and quality with this unique fragrance.

Fusing fashion with fragrance, Prada introduces the limited-edition Prada Parfum Deluxe Atomizer. The original classic scent is housed in a keepsake, removable crocodile leather base in a vivid deep, burgundy color. It features Prada's triangle logo, found on bags and accessories and is made of the same crocodile leather used in Prada's handbags and accessories.

so its basically the original perfume in a crocodile case... for $550 of course

I`m getting a little flava flav fibe..

Those Juicy calling cards aren't actually real calling cards, I think...? They look more like cheap business cards since you have to fill them out yourself! they're very child-like...

Those Juicy Couture cards look like they came from the pretend money things for kids that you can buy at dollar general.

Because they're overly priced?

As far as designer cufflinks go, that's regular price, if not cheap.
I believe this thread is meant for unusual items for a designer to make (like toothbrushes and ice cube trays), or items that are grossly overpriced.
$120 isn't out of this world.
