Born and Raised in California, Ramona Eschbach moved to New York in 1998 and spent the next 10 years working and living in NYC.
She started out training at Bumble and Bumble as a stylist and educator, then moved on to freelance styling, assisting the legendary Eugene Soulieman in Europe and New York.
In 2008, she relocated to Paris to expand herself creatively and professionally, but continues to work in New York and Los Angeles.
Most of her time is spent working on Photoshoots for magazines such as POP, Vogue (US, China, Italy), 032c, Numéro, Interview, Dazed & Confused and Double.
Her commercial clients include Jil Sander, Louis Vuitton, Mango, L'Oréal, Sandro, Mugler, MCM, Christian Louboutin, Kenzo. She also works on shows with Jacquemus, Y/Project, Paul & Joe, Christophe Lemaire and Jil Sander to name a few.
Since 2011 she has been a consultant with Oribe Haircare for their education program, creating content and training educators in the US and EU for backstage workshops and Journey to Mastery.
Ramona currently resides in Paris with her husband, and their son Felix.
Her personal hair philosophy is: There is no such thing as "bad hair".
