If you mean BIG inside fashion land, the answer is yes.
However, in the "real world" people here hardly know her.
Big girls in Brazil are Gisele (no wonder why) and Isabeli because she was married to a Brazilian actor who is constantly in the media.

Again, in fashion everyone knows her for sure.
But outside, no!
And Leticia B. and Fernanda Tavares are also famous outside fashion because the first one became an actress and second is pregnant from a famous Brazilian actor.
In short, people can recognize models but they dont know who they are as long as they are only in fashion.
When they get exposed in another more popular media then they become big.
That´s the way it works in Brazil.
