I unfortunately witnessed Raquel having three inches accidentally cut off the back of her hair which came to my attention via a large gasp from her once she realized what had happened. What a class act she is. She was more concerned with putting the culprit at ease than she was the fact that she'd just received an unexpected trim. Snejana and I seemed more upset about it than she did.
