I think Raquel has the whole package like a few others.

The face, body and legs. As far as legs are concerned on the runway, it seems that if the thickness of the thighs and the calves are approximately the same and well proportioned, it's perfection. Raquel has that, along with Jessica Stam, Coco and a few others.
