I dunno. I think with top models like Raquel it just rotates around who gets a bunch of campaigns each season. Like last season Gisele didn't have any blue chips and this season she is the the campaign queen. So maybe because Raquel had so much visibility last season, the industry is mixing it up and not using Raquel as much. But next season or perhaps the one after Raquel will once again dominate campaigns. Same thing with how Isabeli had tons of blue chips last season but she hasn't really appeared this season.
