I couldn't agree more - Raquel is a well established model.
Perhaps she's there because people have just started to recognise her talent a bit more, I mean she's done more editorials and campaigns over the last season or so.

She has been getting more and more campaigns over the last season or so. And there was that rumour that she missed Animale in Rio for something huge. So she is well established with Fendi, Chanel eyewear and Chloe just for spring/summer!
I'm very happy she got the cover, though i think she was more deserving to be on the actual front than say hilary rhoda or lily.
