Raquel Zimmermann

^ she isn't, she will be off the list and the new num 1 is gonna be Lara or Natasha. check out MDC thread. I think they're moving her to the Icons list

Let's hope this is the year, she has big chances, she's working with all the VP cover photographers right now, I&V, M&M, Testino and Sorrenti. And worked with Carine twice recently.

If Anja can score an unexpected VP cover after all those years, Raquel certainly can.

The models.com rankings are nice to read but not that important at all actually the only ones who really care are those Brazilian news sites, everyone in Brazil must know when asked who Raquel was that she's the number 1 one models.com  it's crazy, mentioned in every article. But Brazil can be proud of Raquel and her German roots. :brows:

I hope she will get a Vogue Paris cover too. She deserves it.

Shes in the new Vogue Nippon!

White Wings
Photographers : Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott
Fashion Editor : George Cortina

from Dieselmax's review

and agreed carine give her a cover, please.

Me neither! :woot:

It is mentioned in every article! But it has always been like this in Brazil, when she was no2 they used to say "no2 on models.com". I really don't want Raquel coming to SPFW next season and some ******** journalist asking "how does it feel like to be replaced by Natasha Poly?"

Raquel should say that most models only stay one year as number one but she stayed almost 2 and now she's on the icon's list

I think Models.com's Rankings are very well made but I'm still proud that she is in the icons list. It would be really awful if some jounalist asked that :ninja: I wounder what Raquel would say?

I don't know but I think she would handle it well. I remember watching an interview (just when Raquel got no1 and everybody was asking about it) and a so called reporter asked how did she feel being elected Victoria's Secret's no1 angel   I felt embarassed for the reporter :ermm: But Raquel corrected her and said she was glad ^_^

Edit: And according to DieselMax, Raquel has bleached hair on her Vogue Nippon editorial! :buzz: Really can't wait now!

It looks stunning and very promising.

Amazing! I love those kind of editorials, I wish she had long hair though. Thanks for posting mikel :flower:

and at that W ed: she looks so beautiful with curly hair (and her hair is naturally curly), but she rarely wears it that way. OK, everyone loves her with straight hair, so do I. but she should wear her curls more often, don't you think?

:woot:Judging from the one pic from Vogue Nippon I am gagging to see the whole thing:D It looks very strong and I'm liking the platinum hair too.
Thanks mikel & surrealseven:flower:

I wish she had her hair longer in the Vogue Nippon ed too. "/
