Sorry guys, I forgot to say: Raquel is on vacation. I asked about news her booker in Fashion Rio and he told me that she's on vacation for two or three months. She was very tired after this long period of several works.

Thanks Leonardo, for the update.

Glad to her confirmation that this break was by choice. The logic in me kept saying that it was her taking a break to relax/for strategic purposes but I still couldn't stop worrying a bit. Plus its so boring without her. It appears that she has been consistently getting work since like 1999 when she started, so her just flying off the radar is quite unprecedented.

I guess also because it appears that the reason she has become so successful is her ability to consistently get work for over ten years. So if that's been her way to success it's a bit scary about what happens when she takes a large amount of time off.

Do you have any idea when she will start working again? Does it mean she has been on vacation for the past 2 or 3 months or that she will be on vacation for another 2 or 3 months?
Seems like we might have to wait till Spring 2013 to see her.

if that were the case, good for her! a well deserved break, i think. if anything, i agree with valliaddict. it keeps things fresh to not have oversaturation, but it also keeps her fresh and healthy.
