If the wayfarers do not have 'Ray ban" written on the sides but instead in the top corner of one of the lenses, does that mean theyre fake?

Nope, mine (bought from an authentic dealer) have the logo on the actual lenses

Vintage stores will usually have an amazing selection of wayfarers. If you are ever in Dallas, Lula B's has every color. I got light blue and creame... amazing.

You two are lucky. They dont have them at any vintage stores around here... I WISH!! Im so nervous to get a pair on Ebay because I have no idea what to get. All I know is that I want the size that MK & Ashley Olsen always wear & I have no idea what that is. Its so confusing... theres sooooooooo many.

Yeah that too. I tryed on the smaller size (the new ones in Sears) & they dont look good on me in that size so I know I want the larger but I have no idea how to tell which ones are the larger size on Ebay. I think I need the vintage B&L Rayban wayfarer but I do I know if they are the larger size. I really wish I could try them on. Its frustrating.

Thank you! I have a pair of small black ones i used sometimes last year, but a little too victim now. I prefer coloured or white's.

I'd love some cream ones, or maybe red. Mine are brown and the more modern style so they're kind of heavy

mine have the logo on both sides and engraved RB logo on the right edge of the lens, and the white logo on the top left.

and to be honest, im over mine. I dont know, too much people wearing them or something.

The ebay ones kinda look like those cheap plastic ones that lifegaurds used to wear with the chain connected. could be poorly made, I don't know.

What are the style of sunglasses similar to wayfarers but rounded? (I hope this is somewhat related) My dad used to wear them...I guess in the early 90s.

i live in nyc and i think i saw five girls just today all wearing: oversized white tee, black super skinny jeans, black or white lace-up loafers, and TA-DA! black or white ray-bans!

i love them and think they are so classic but i have had enough of every artsy hipster kid wearing the same exact thing and passing it off as being unique and independent. unfortunately the ray bans have become a staple of this crowd. i guess i would still wear them but give them a different spin.

luckily I live where just the concept of skinnies, oh and leggings, is still being manipulated by everyone, so I've seen no one wearing them here except me, and I've had mine quite a while now.

I'm in the same position its funny hearing people complain that everyone wears them. The only people here that wear them are people that never stopped wearing them!

I think I've heard that the Olsens wear the Luella for Linda Farrow Vintage wayfarers .. I'm not sure if it was them, though ..
