Not quite the phenomenal season I was expecting from her, but Miu Miu was a nice surprise to wrap up the season! She also certainly looked beautiful in all of her showings, even if her placement was limited to a few shows in each city.

^^ HeatherAnne, I have to disagree with you. I think it's much better for her to have been as selective as she was. Only appearing in important shows (Herrera, Marc, Bottega, LV and Miu Miu) makes her look very exclusive and will raise no doubt raise some intrigue with some of the insiders. It's also helpful for her in the long run, people will get less tired of her.

I'm hoping that this season will be her first to break into print though, if her bookings are any indication she could get some good editorial.

I'm familiar with and understand that concept very well, but I don't know if it will work for Roberta, or if it's even something she is intentionally doing.

What makes this season any more special than last Spring when she walked Jil Sander, Dries, Saab, and Louis Vuitton (amongst others)? Or her HC season?

Specifically, I think her bookings in NYC and London should have been better, even if meant more mid-tier shows. Really what was the purpose of even being there?

I am definitely not someone who cares about a # of shows walked, but I do think Roberta should have had more of a presence this season. She is too special not to -- maybe that is where my frustration lies, high expectations for such a special girl.

I actually hope that you are right (that I am wrong) and that an insider or two was able to see that potential after having caught a glimpse of her at one of those few, but brilliant, showings
