Wtf?! Edie for Cavalli?! No!
Left pic is really ugly, her hair and especially the outfit is bad. The right pic has some appeal for me because of the skirt, colour and background.

when i think about roberto cavalli, the words "sex appeal" come to mind.

why choosing edie who has zero sex appeal? wow........just sad to see this brand in a lost stage!!

How this boring model with bland face & without face expressions is scoring so many covers and campaigns...is just unbelievable

Good for her BUT I dont get it

ZERO life in her eyes..no energy
She always looks like she needs a good nap

Why her???? What a mess. Everything is bad, from model to clothes.
Dundas is being such a disaster for the brand. Very disappointing. That's not what I was expecting.

What a mess. I get that Dundas is trying something new but this just isn't working on any level.

It's bad chocie for Cavalli's face. And these clothes looks cheaper in print than on runway.

Huge Edie fan, but this is a complete mismatch with the Cavalli brand. There's no life in this shot, whatsoever. I do like what Inez & Vinoodh have attempted here, but just doesn't work.

When he was at Pucci, Peter had such great favourites. Anja, Natasha, Daria, Lily etc.
And given how frequently those models work with I&V I could have totally seen them in this campaign.

Nothing against Edie but I feel like I&V got the freedom to choose whoever they wanted.

I'll agree that this was indeed a mismatch, and furthermore I'm not at all swayed by that VP 'couture in the street' sttyling. But maybe Dundas wanted to take a different direction? The colours in the second shot looks lovely though.

I&V has been working a lot with Edie of late, can almost bet that they insisted on her booking this.

i don't mind it but i have to say going by the show someone like vanessa moody would have done better here...edie is more tomboyish and the collection isn't that at all!

I love I&V... but this, I cannot accept. My goodness. The first shot was a disaster.

However, the outdoor shot gave me a bit of hope

I kinda like it. He obviously wants to take Cavalli to new territories.
I kinda like the fact that he didn't tried to do what he did at Cavalli 14 years ago (with success). That Cavalli formula worked at Revillon, Ungaro and Pucci so, what's the point in coming back to do the same thing!
