Sparkling Robin Wright Penn shrugs off divorce to bring glamour to Cannes first night

Robin Wright Penn gave the Cannes Film Festival a touch of Hollywood sparkle last night as she dazzled in a silver off-the-shoulder gown.
The 43-year-old actress, who is going through a divorce from Oscar-winning director Sean Penn, led the fashion parade at the world's premier film festival.
The State Of Play star is one of the ten-strong jury line-up who will award the Palme d'Or - a role her husband fulfilled last year.

Throughout the festival, he enjoyed socialising with various 'friends' including Natalie Portman while she stayed in the shadows, quietly slipping into screenings.
Sean, 48, filed for divorce from Robin, his second wife, in April after 13 years of marriage.
The couple have two children, daughter Dylan, 18, and son Hopper, 15.
He filed for divorce in December 2007 but was reconciled with Miss Wright, who played Tom Hanks's sweetheart in Forrest Gump, after four months.
Rumours of new troubles surfaced in February after Penn failed to mention his wife when accepting the best actor Oscar for Milk.
But she betrayed no sign of her current woes as she strolled down the red carpet, saying she wasn't on the jury to 'judge films, I'm here to love them'.
She vied with jury president Isabelle Huppert for the evening's most shimmering gown.
