Hi guys,

I did a search on this topic and nothing came up, so I hope I'm not being redundant with a previous thread.

Just wondering if any of you know of a line called Rogues Gallery. They mainly do men’s tee and sweatshirts, and I believe they sell at Barney’s among other places.

Here's a link to thir site: http://www.dandyrogue.com/

I have a friend who really likes U2 and he told me that Bono and other members of the band wear their tees and was wondering if anyone had any pics.

I’ve also heard Rouges is coming out with a line of 1OFF (sp?) sweatshirts soon, and was curious if anyone had heard anything about that.

Thanks!

I have one of their tee shirts, it is a scrimshaw-like drawing of a hammerhead shark in white on a black tee shirt. I have also seen a mermaid and clipper ship in the same style. I have seen dark green and burgundy as well as black shirts.

The shirts are very soft and fitted. The SA at the store where I got it said he thinks the shirts are enzyme-washed, though he admitted they might actually be vintage material. The stitching is irregular and has a hand-sewn appearance.

I really like it. I haven't heard anything about the sweatshirts, but I will ask when I go into the store again.

from the website...
Produced in Portland, Maine- every Rogues Gallery T-shirt is one of a kind and undergoes a unique dying process. Shirts are hand printed using custom blended inks or our signature “burning” method.
Our color palettes are inspired by the northern coastal region where we live. They reflect the murkiness of a long ago past, the spring fog or the obscurity of a dream.

thanks for the link discostu...liking the sea-faring vibe...argh!!!...

I went into the store and asked about the sweatshirts. The SA hadn't heard about them, but he said he would ask the buyer and also said he thought they would carry them if they could get them. I'll post again if I learn any more. Avast! :argg:
