I don't think the UK Vogue shots are doing her much justice, which is pretty disappointing, although I'm glad she was featured there anyway.

I think she looks wonderful in that Marie Claire ad, thanks for the hq photos Xandy!

She's featured on the MqQueen website:

I think she looks wonderful in this photo above in the British Vogue. Her expression is amazing!

I think the UK Vogue pics are quite disappointing but these [Alexander McQueen] pictures are fabulous!! She's perfect for those clothes, very elegant :)

This is my favourite from alexandermcqueen.com. She looks like a greek goddess.

Romee Strijd: A Model Minute
December 15, 2011 2:30 PM by Kerry Pieri

With a walk on Calvin Klein's Pre-Fall runway, editorials by Paolo Roversi and Dan Jackson, an appearance in Love, lensed by Sølve Sundsbø, to-be-announced work with major brands, and a breathtakingly beautiful visage, Romee Strijd may be a bit of a newcomer, but she is definitely on our radar. We asked the girl of sweet sixteen about her chosen craft.

Hometown: Holland/the Netherlands

Agency: DNA

HB: You just walked in the Calvin Klein Pre-Fall show and you have some exciting work coming out, tell me how you feel about all of the recent exposure you've been getting?

Romee Strijd: I had to wait for my 16th birthday to do more modelling, and now is the time that the things I had hoped for are coming true.

HB: Best part of modelling?

RS: As a model you see a lot of the world and meet all different kind of people and I think its great to be a part of this creative industry!

HB: Most challenging part?

RS: The clients and the photograper always have an idea of what they want a picture to look like and for me is it a challenge to embody that.

HB: What would be your dream gig?

RS: I dream of a nice campaign.

HB: Whose career do you look up to?

RS: Bette Franke, from the same mother agency who has done a lot of big jobs and she is such a nice person and so grounded.

HB: What did you want to be when you were growing up?

RS: It seems so funny now, but when I was young and I helped my mother cleaning the house, I would say to her, 'when I grow up I want to be a real cleaning lady!'

HB: What designers do you like to wear personally?

RS: I was in the Isabel Marant shop in NYC and my dream is that was my closet.

HB: Give us a hint on upcoming projects!

RS: As a model most of the time you don't know what tomorrow will bring, but I am looking forward to my first New York Fashion Week!
