Our supermodel Rose Cordero achieved the biggest runway of her life: graduating from Monroe University in the USA. She graduated with a degree in Allied Health Sciences. When I took her to New York at 15, she wanted to turn back from the cold as we left the airport. She never imagined she would have such a successful career in the modeling world. She opened doors for a generation of Dominican "High Fashion" models. I will never forget that she told us, when she was just 15 years old and almost finished high school, "I want to graduate from university."
