How long have you been in New York?
R- I have been living in New York for two years.

What do you love most about it?
R- I love the atmosphere. There is always lots of people around which makes it fun to go out

What is the biggest myth about New York?
R- I think the biggest myth about New York is that it is unsafe. In most parts of the city it is safe to take the subway and I have never really felt unsafe there.

What do you miss most about your hometown?
R- I miss my family in Perth and my family home. There is a nice contrast between NY and my hometown. Perth is very relaxed and laid-back. It's always nice to come home to that.

NEW YORK-BASED model Rosie Tupper is back in Perth for some time-out after completing two major campaigns.

The Vivien's model has just shot a spring-summer campaign in Sydney for fashion label Marcs, as well as a fashion spread for Vogue Australia magazine.

Marcs creative director Rachel Allen said it chose Tupper as one of the five models for the campaign because she has that "cool factor".

"Her look is soft yet strong, cool but accessible, and so perfect to portray the Marcs collection," Allen said.

The brand, which has two stores, in Perth and the Claremont Quarter, will launch its spring-summer campaign next month.
