To me it looks like Britni Stanwood But it's probably not her, so I think it's Lindsay.

It does look like her. hmmm...the hair looks too dark to be Lindsay's but it probably is....unless it's Trentini?

One of the blurs looks a bit Daria-ish to me (though and I know it's not) and the shape I presume Faith thought to be Heather does resemble her in terms of facial structure.

^It's Denisa Dvorakova. I thought it was Daria too, but they look very similiar.

ETA: I hope Lara did the show, although I don't think she did.

The blur that looks like Daria is probably Denisa, who's her long lost sister in the modeling world.
