I agree.

I don't know if I'm having this reaction because I know what happened the next day but her final video looks very dark. Her eyes looks almost scary, very intense.

I definitely agree with you, not the usual fairytale lightness in her semblant

the thing is that if the photographer did not want it to be dark, he would not have chosen black and white 8mm film, that in itself gives a haunting look, a look that is distant, she was modeling for what he wanted to achieve , if not so , then his choice would of been to shot her on digital, and in color its a beautiful film, and we are very lucky that he shot this I have said this I do get sad, but I do not think that is the way to remember people not to say oh she/he looked so sad, no when people move on generally people put pictures of times that were full of joy, and so you remember that person with all the joy that they brought you in life, you feel sad but you remember the good, I choose to rejoice in her joy, for she showed much to us, and that is who she was, playful, and goofy, and sometimes shy, but it is her smile, I remember, and that is always How I will remember her she is the Lady R with the beautiuful heart
