I have! I'm on my third set since February. I have on Girl Flower. I can try posting a picture if you like. They look pretty good for being on their tenth day. I tried them out of curiousity because I'm so hard on my hands. Make sure to give yourself a mini manicure first, make sure all your cuticles are pushed back, and there's no oil on your nails at all.

thanks for the advice! i'd love to see a pic from day 10!
i'm curious to see how well it wears...

i'll see if i a can carve out some time to try them out this weekend and will make an effort to post a pic once they're on.

i like the idea of these better than that gel/shellac manicure because this seems so much easier to remove, and i'm guessing is not so thick?

I've only tried a few of the different prints and really love them. Girl Flower has been my favorite. As weird as it sounds, even once they start wearing off, chipping near the top, it's not very noticeable because of the different colored print. I've noticed they really protect my nails. They're about the thickness of three coats of paint to me.
I didn't have much success with the glitter ones. I tried Frock Star and they didn't last as long, and weren't as durable to me as the others. Frock Star also felt sort of gummy.

thanks for the feedback! i'm not so much a glitter girl myself so i'll probably be staying away from those either way...

i'll try to do mine this afternoon and will post a pic if i manage to get it done.

was really easy!

wasn't able to get a pic on my phone that wasn't awkward...
but this'll do for now :p

have gotten great feedback on the nails so far... :p

i saw my aunt yesterday and she thought they were the coolest thing so i told her i'd buy her a box

I've noticed a tiny bit of chipping but i think that's due more to some cracks/peeling in my nails than an issue with the strips

I have not. That's is really cool. But looks hard to do, does it? How much time it takes? I am a bit curious.

It's actually VERY easy... and other than bits of paper and scraps etc that you throw away when you're done it's not messy at all

the whole process is very dry

it take some time just because it's important to prepare your nails (they provide a little file and instruct to smooth the edges and buff the nail)
and then you have to carefully stick each one on your fingers and smooth it down...
but it's really just easy, straightforward and has step by step instructions.

the one thing i was wondering later was if i should put some sort of topcoat on...
i haven't done anything other than what the box said though

ChrissyM, They look lovely! Now I want to try that print. I'm so glad you like them. Are they holding up well? I'm trying out the butterflies.

mine have held up pretty well!

chipped relatively quickly on a couple nails where i have problems with the actual nail underneath sort of chipping/peeling, thus providing not the most even surface...
but on the rest of the nails i have to say i'm very impressed.
and even when they chipped, it's really not very noticeable with the pattern that i got.

I'm currently on day 10 i think and it's still passable...

That's one of my favorite things about the prints I've been using. When they chip, it's not really noticeable except to me.

I saw these at CVS the other day and was intrigued . . . I hope they release more prints!

^^agreed, there are already a good amount of options but from what i've seen they're not all stocked everywhere...

i kind of want to try the zebra print next :shifty:
or houndstooth!
i've got to be on the lookout

I really want to try these nail strips too but I don't know where you can even get them in the UK?Does anyone know-besides online stores? I know some brands also make just plain coloured ones, which is what I am really looking for.

^^sally hansen has some plain colored options... i think a couple metallic sort of shades and then some bright colors as well...

not sure where they are available in the UK... in the US i've been able to find them in the pharmacy but Sally Hansen is a fairly common brand around here

Thanks ChrissyM I think they are JUST becoming known around here, I saw some in Paris a while back but didn't get them as the colours were not inspiring but I have yet to see the plain ones in store in London somewhere!:(

How many manicures can you do with one box?
Is it just for one or can you do several?

it's really just one... there are some extras for different potential nail sizes....
i suppose if you got a few boxes of the same one and saved the leftovers that you could get another manicure out of it somehow...
that is if you don't mess up and need the extras for that :p
