Have you seen the Collection 2006 of Samuel Cirnansck _ Sao Paulo Fashion Week ?
I find it juts SOOOOOOOOOOO gorgeous and... I'd like to buy the Wedding gown...
I just didi'nt find a way to reach him.
Does someone knows in what Couture House he works or whatever ?

Please... tell me !!!

some of it is fantastic---- and lovely. some is jsut overdone and hideous--- so i suppose he will get it togeather with time? he sorta reminds me of ungaro meets cavalli meets zac posen----am i really off?

I have the feeling that he got one collection kind of right and that was it. I don't think he will go much further, although I would like to be mistaken.

what series of events, or what knowledge do you have about him, that would make you say something like this?...............

I don't see anything special ... for some reason it makes me feel he's trying to channel McQueen. I don't like the use of details and materials either. The white dress reminds me of 80's wedding dresses. Not my cup of tea at all.

The images on post #2 give me mixed feelings; I like some of the shapes and cuts but the materials are pretty dodgy IMO

However I am curious about his newer collection! Too bad I can't see it

But, to answer the question post by Zamb: before the 06 colection he was not really known in Brazil and his last colection, as I see it, didn`t work. So I figured out he doesn`t have to much substance. By, as I said before, I might, and I hope that I am mistaken: a new great stylist is always something to be happy about!
