Star-crossed: Chantelle and Preston flirt in the Diary Room during their stay in the house
Celebrity Big Brother winner Chantelle Houghton has finally admitted she and fellow contestant Preston are definitely a couple.
And the 22-year-old apologised to Preston's ex-girlfriend, Camille Aznar, for coming between them.
In an interview with Heat magazine, she said: "No one went out to hurt anyone. It just sort of happened.
"I'd like to say that we're officially a couple - Preston's my boyfriend."
reston split from Camille shortly after he left the Big Brother house, but Chantelle says she was not entirely to blame.
She added: "I have to admit I was partly to blame, but it wasn't completely me. Things happen in people's lives that completely change their lives.
"You could be married and go to the baker's because you're feeling hungry - and then fall in love with the baker. Things happen that are unpredictable."
She said Preston did not go behind Camille's back, saying: "He never had an affair or cheated. Circumstances made them split and then this happened between us."
Speaking about their first kiss, she added: "It was amazing. It was just like how any girl who really likes someone can imagine it being.
"You can't set anything in stone, but we're really happy. We're just going to see how things go and spend time together."
