I saw that ad in US Cosmo May 2005.
You looks live in NY, right? So you may find it at near your store. I think it is ad that restricts its area. It means that ad looks contained mag that is sold in some restricted area, and I think NY is one of them. So if you cannot find this ad in cosmo that is sold at one shop, then you check it at another shop. If you have luck, you may find it within a few try.
