Bikes are the main way of transport here in Holland. If this was the case in more countries we wouldn't have global warming issues

I have mad respect for Saskia for remaining so down to earth and Dutch. The Vogue UK ed is also great.

Yes, I do. I've read that it's one of the most popular modes of transportation in Sweden and a couple of other countries, especially among youths. So it isn't to big a leap to think that is true in the Netherlands too.
