Hi everyone, I’m looking to invest in a pair of over-the-knee (OTK) boots. I’m 5’3”, so most OTK boots will probably fit more like thigh-highs on me, which is fine by me. Below is a list of the characteristics I’m hoping to find. I’d love your recommendations for brands and styles that meet these criteria—especially if you personally own a pair and can vouch for their comfort, style, and durability. I’m open to both retail and resale options, so feel free to suggest older styles as well. I’ve attached a photo of the Nomasei “Whisper” Over-The-Knee Boot, which caught my eye. I’d prefer to stay under $600, but I’m open to going higher for the perfect pair. Let me know if you have any questions—can’t wait to hear your thoughts!
