I've noticed many models have careers like this (Chanel Iman and Tanya D. come to mind), or the exact opposite, lots of editorial and print work but no runway presence. It's just part of the modeling world I guess!

My take on it is that it has to deal with their age. I mean a lot of these girls are still pretty young in the modeling industry, especially girls like Tanya, Sheila, and Tanya. But then again, it could be other things.

Sheila isn't that young, she's practically ancient in modeling years (23)

Some models just have different appeals or perhaps certain people pushing them. Meaghan Collison has a Vogue Italia cover but couldn't book a decent runway show to save her life.
