The latest Canadian entry into the Ford Supermodel of the World competition heads to the coastal resort town of Budva, Montenegro (as I write this it's sunny and +16°C... or 33° warmer than her hometown of Toronto), to compete in the global finals.

15-year-old Shelby Furber entered during an open call at Ford's Toronto office last summer, and was televised weeks later accepting the Canadian title on CITY-TV.

The 5'10", blue-eyed brunette made a strong start to her runway career at L'Oréal Fashion Week, walking for Lucian Matis, Renata Morales, Evan & Dean, Diesel and Joe Fresh (as well as the high-profile Chanel Resort show in November), and will appear in upcoming editorials for Glow and Cheek Magazine.
