^It's not just you, that outfit is a mess. Especially the shorts, they're just tragic. That whole hipster uniform does nothing for her, she has such a small frame and would look amazing in cute dresses and more feminine clothes. Instead she wears all that unflattering and frumpy stuff that drowns her and looks just ugly.
She's so pretty and her hair is amazing but she really needs to learn how to dress.
