Simone Rocha F/W 2025.26 London

^ I do.. I really don't care. I've also never heard anyone in my real life/circle of friends/co-workers being particularly critical or even having a negative opinion..

The casting is so messy that the second to last model in the first post made me wonder if they had tried to elevate that p*rn star who went viral recently (bonnie blue). Crazy how the annoying guy from Normal People still looks hella annoying here. And Christy Turlington's daughter has got to be a new low for modeling, she even makes Lila Moss look legit. Wish these girls knew they can always try something else.. not everyone is a model and that's okay!

Whilst i like simone's shows, i don't understand if anyone actually buys this stuff? its great for editorial shoots but from a merchandising point of view its quite... poor? or maybe thats not her goal at all? hard to understand the theme and purpose of her doing

Fake fur, volumes and ribbons going amok, and strangling the wearer in the process.
And this looks like the model is about to be thrown to the Thames by the mafia (with some beautiful concrete shoes)

I like some of the mens, I'd purchase that pretty-fied blue hoodie or the parka.

The little flower buttons, and the mix of cute and kinky jewelry elements was nice.
The fake fur rabbit, I don't know... Reminds me of a giant version of the one Rick had done years ago in grey mink.

There's something about it that feels incomplete though, I can't pinpoint what exactly.

when u some how mix burtons mcqueen, gallianos margiela, and demnas balenciaga... but make it look cheaper

funny enough she is an actress and played a spy director last thing i saw her in lol in something about eve i think its called

No wonder London is how it is....

She is talented but she need focus and evolution...it is a very limited collection but if she sells i guess she can do whatever she wants...some looks scream " just graduated" and for someone that is quite around is not good.

Also casting and accessories are also a weak link.

I suppose it’s her attempt at Prada’s history in one fell and failed swoop— much like Sean’s attempt at McQueen. One thing is reliably consistent with her: She always manages to make women look stocky.

If I had to say something nice: She finally moved away from picking up to Comme’s leftover scraps.

Genuinely asking, are there people who like the look of *fake* fur?

It has to be deliberate these days to produce faux fur that looks as cheap, itchy, scratchy and as flat as possible, looking like Muppet fur. Because faux fur in the past didn’t look like this.

At the beginning I thoght there were some interesting pieces, but the more I look to it the more I feel like a creepy undercurrent.
Those furs around the neck looking like living animals about to open their eyes and stare at you, the evening dress like a shroud, the chains, the baby details in adult garments, the stuffed toys...
I didn't enjoy this one.
