Yes. It seemed to work on fading dark patches, but since I continued getting spots it never completely eliminated them. I also found it made my skin greasier, which caused said spots in the first place! It also left a slimy, yellow residue on my skin. 
I've also tried their dark circle cream, capillary cream and they did not really work too well. Their hair growth inhibitor seemed to have a slight effect, but not enough for me.
