I have a pair of them too, but they are starting to look quite rough...I don't really know what to do to them. And I can't buy any new ones from here. In my shoes the leather is quite bad for some reason.

^it's not just you.i heard a lot of people saying it.the leather i so soft so it becomes worn out pretty fast.they're comfy but very impractical i guess.
mine became pretty beat up too.you can actually order them online now only,cuz none of the stores in us carry them anymore as far as i know.
it actually even says on the care tag that not to wear the m outside.which sounds ridiculous,but i guess they're like party shoes only to wear inside
