That's great advice - about always embracing the age that you are instead of trying to be older, or mainly younger. People are so obsessed with youth, to the degree that they cut into themselves for it. Why? I have never understood this. The best beauty is acceptance of yourself. Sofia is a great example. Her daughters are lucky!
