I do think she works out. She looks rather toned... it's just not that obvious because she's pale. Generally "celebrities" who work out alot also tan alot... hihi. That's just a theory though. Anyways, yes, I do think she eats healthy and works out.

^Well her publicist gave the story of the wedding to People Magazine, so it's not that secret, that kind of led me to believe that there is hope we will at least get a pic of her dress.

Yes, she seemed at little nervous at first, but she also seemed able to calm herself down. I get the impression Sofia is shy, not sure why I get that vibe from her. But acting wasn't for her; maybe it was something to do with not being comfortable in the limelight? Perhaps she has a more behind-the-scenes artistic temperament.

Anyhow, thanks for posting the video: enjoyed seeing that!

Sofia has never come across as particularly articulate in interviews but i've chalked up her awkwardness to her being camera shy. i know i get uber nervous and major stage fright being in front of a camera myself. i'd be sweating bullets if i were up on that stage presenting Marc Jacobs with an award! kudos to Sofia for loyalty and stepping out of her comfort zone to honor her long-time friend.

i've seen footage where she overcomes her shyness and loosens up, and one gets a sense of her sincerity, enthusiasm and quiet determination which i admire about her. not to sound like a cheeseball but it's not about being perfect and not making mistakes; it's how you handle challenging/ awkward moments and recover. the fact she got flustered and nervous just shows she human and makes me respect her more.
