I would love to find out who made those jeweled cuffs. Can anyone id them? Or do you think these are vintage?

Also does anyone know who her shoes are by? I want to say Givenchy even though that's prob not it. I remember she had like 20 pairs of black shoes for the Oscars or something.

Her bob is just so great, I love that they razored off the ends.
