Korean model Sora Choi has a simple wish when it comes to how she'd like to be remembered: "I want people to say, ‘She is such a great/fantastic model!'" She's certainly well on her way: she debuted at Louis Vuitton's Resort show in 2014 and has since walked for the brand on multiple occasions, as well as for Coach, Bottega Veneta, Mary Katrantzou, Michael Kors, Proenza Schouler, and Simone Rocha, to name a few. She even recently graced the pages of Interview as part of our March issue's in-demand models feature, shot by Mario Sorrenti. Through it all Choi remains modest, and tells us that she hasn't yet had a "greatest achievement," though she's plugging away at her career. "I just want to work harder and become a better model," she says.


WHO I'D LIKE TO BE:

I'd like to be that one person who keeps going without giving up.

EVENTS I WISH I'D WITNESSED:

It would be my honor to see all of Alexander McQueen's shows with my own eyes (when he was still alive).

MY IDEA OF HAPPINESS:

I think this is an extremely difficult question. I don't think I have thought about it... Wouldn't it be happiness if I am feeling good? Like if I did something I like, or ate something delicious. I think that is my definition of "happiness."

GAMES I PLAY:

I recently developed new hobbies, so it's been a while since I played games. In general, I play online RPG games. Most games I play are Korean, and I enjoy playing RPG games on my phone as well.

MY GREATEST VICE:

Beet salad. I can't help myself when I see Korean-style fresh, creamy cakes. I love to eat, and I would do anything to eat those two right now.

SOME THINGS THAT INSPIRE ME:

The Japanese manga Nana greatly influenced my fashion style.

MY GREATEST ADVENTURE:

Becoming a model was, and still is, my biggest adventure. I used to be an introvert who never thought about the word "adventure." My dream then was to go with the flow and live a normal life.

THINGS I'D LIKE TO IMPROVE ABOUT MYSELF:

I would like to start exercising on a regular basis to become stronger. I am quite weak, and my health sometimes affects my work in a negative way.

SOME THINGS I'D RATHER FORGET:

Nothing. I want to move forward with all the positives and negatives.
