i haven't been in an actual talbots store but they've definitely done a big image overhaul, which i like

i think that their efforts to market themselves to a younger customer are working (i recently bought a jacket/light blazer by them that caught my eye on the racks at a tjmaxx)

i never before would have considered even stepping foot into a talbots because it always seemed so matronly to me, but i think they're moving in the right direction

i'm still a bit young (nearly 26) to be considered talbots' target audience/buyer, but maybe it's going to be more like an ann taylor? that's the vibe i'm getting anyway...
