Tallulah isn't vacant in the slightest. I know her personally, and whether or not anyone believes that if up to them - but she's actually very calculating in what she does. Regardless if she was under the influence in a video, she's barely 17 now and because she left school when she was 14-15, I can understand why she wouldn't be the most interested in a serious conversation. But she can definitely be very serious, especially when it comes to her job because she loves it. She's seen as a very flamboyant and energized young woman which is why she dances around and can play about. That's the whole thing surrounding Tallulah and it's her appeal. She'll mature in age. She's still a kid!She certainly seems vacant in them.. and yes, she's young, but she's old enough to have finished school by now and there are plenty of eloquent young women out there, hence her seeming a little.. dopey! I'd like someone to actually sit her down for a proper chat so that we could see more of her though, rather than dancing around or giggling on a couch whilst someone else talks.

here it is, it's definetly herI don't know if she has one.
I don't think you can justify a persons intelligence by viewing pictures and I think it's really judgemental of you, actually. Common sense would say that to be dedicated to a job, you first need intelligence otherwise there's no point. It's modelling, of course the job doesn't take very many brain cells. But I do believe that to be as far into her career as she is now, in such an independent profession, one would need a few scattered cells in there to muster the energy.Being serious and dedicated is different to being intelligent. I'm not calling her her stupid but just because you get somewhere in your line of work doesn't immediately equal smarts.
