tacky

this makes me think russo was the stronger talent. she definitely needs someone to help her better edit and tailor the clothes.

however, my main issue with this collection is the design. too amateur for a designer who has been exposed to a higher level of taste - this is the macy's version of giambattista valli smh.

I loved it though it felt more of an elevated ready to wear collection than couture. Beautiful gowns that always look incredibly stunning when worn on the red carpet. Am sure that wedding dress already has a New York bride coveting it. It still looks better than some big brands couture collections.

It's not bad some taste issues though this white dress is gorgeous. Why so many flowers this season. Flowers all over the body makes it looks like a craft store.

It's a little too inconsistent. Some pieces look like royalty while others look like leftovers. Also, it's basically a mishmash of Valli, Versace, and Elie Saab. Hardly any identity.
