I'm surprised there wasn't a thread about this band. They're a psychedelic rock band from Perth, Australia and this is the latest song from the upcoming album due in October

Me! Huge fan of my fellow Aussie boys haha. Inner Speaker is one of my favourite albums and I'm eagerly awaiting Lonerism.

Have seen them live a fair few times and they always put on a great show. I'll be seeing them again next week actually, at Splendour in the Grass (a big music festival just down the road from me).

I think they are amanzing! They are fresh and have that psychedelic vibe without being too pretentious (I don't think that's the right word but maybe you'll understand what I mean) I'm seeing them live 18th august here in Buenos Aires, I think it's going to be a great show

^ I know exactly what you mean! Comparisons have been made to other psych-rock bands of the 70s etc, but their music doesn't sound forced like they are trying too hard and like they are stuck living in the past etc. If it was done poorly it would seem like a bit of a cliche or a gimmick, but with Tame Impala it seems very natural and they have made their sound very modern and 'fresh' like you said, which I love.

Idk what it is with Australia, but so many of my favorite bands are from there. Just so many good bands from there
Oooh, lucky you! Unfortunately, I don't think they're playing anytime soon in Los Angeles. Sucks for me
