I just wanted to start a thread on this brand and see what people think of it. I love the quirkiness of the accessories they make and they are fun too. Im a lover of perspex/plastic accessories and i love the way tatty devine make them fun but they are not overly childish.

i have just ordered the glasses necklace off their website and im excited for it to arrive because its such a fun unique necklace.

so what do you think of the designs? or do you not like the thought of paying the price for perspex/plastic jewellery/accessories?

I like the designs! Definitely whimsical, and this is the kind of stuff I like! I love the trapeze necklace and the Fishbone necklace (on the site). I don't know about the prices, but I do like the designs.

I have been to their Soho shop and I looove it. The jewels are not typical, but quircky in that perfect way.

i got my glasses necklace in the post today i was like a kid at christmas

i wouldnt know since i dont follow those websites but im unlikely to bump into them in newcastle

but i dont supose it would stop me from buying it, as nothing ever does!

I have the kinky secretary from the 2003 collection which is fine but a friend who has a similar design says it's falling to bits because the acetate glue hasn't worked. The black acetate necklaces are very flimsy as well.

And to add to that, there are a million similar necklaces on Melrose, LA for a pittance. It is a lot easier to get great, fun jewellery in America than it is here and that is a shame.

I adore tatty devine .. all though alot of the smaller boutiques in my town have started doing simular things and for cheaper so i like to support them insted.

I can remember tatty devine back when it was starting out in portobello road market and every thing was dirt cheap now i look at the prices .. 500% mark up it seems... oh well i guess thats how it goes but still *roll eyes*

I hate wearing jewlry that is actually jewlry, precious gems and metals etc, i much prefare plasticy costumy jewlry so i much prefare tatty devine in that aspect.
