Ted LeSueur

Ted Le Sueur (FM), 19, from Nottingham, UK

Tempe Nakiska: What’s the best thing about modelling?
Ted Le Sueur: Probably too clichéd to say the travelling side, that is sick, but for me I just enjoy meeting new people. Everyone’s so interesting!

TN: What’s the worst thing you’ve ever had to wear?
TLS: A 1920s velvet male bathing suit. Now, I’m all down for partial nudity but it was just something else. It was my first shoot so maybe that’s why it was slightly unnerving.

TN: Best words of advise you’ve ever received?
“Download the citymapper app to get around London/Paris”. Man I would be completely f*cked without it, so handy for getting around!

TN: Do you have any irrational fears?
TLS: Mel Gibson…?

TN: Tunes you’ll have on rotation during the shows?
TLS: Grimes, any of her albums. Cool and slightly psychedelic vibes for when you’re sleep deprived.

BEST OF BRITISH

London has always served as fashion’s source for innovative design, especially where menswear is concerned. The boundary-pushing local scene pulses with energy and a sartorial fearlessness that values creativity over constraint. As the London menswear collections head into full swing this week, take a look at 20 of of the moment’s biggest male models clad in the very best British fashion has to offer. From high street favorites like TopMan and Whistles to luxury standards Burberry Prorsum and Alexander McQueen, all sides of the London look are represented. The ensembles are brought to life by the dashing cast in George Harvey’s black and white portrait series. The elegant images pair up star models with the most essential labels around and prove that it’s the clothes that make the man.
