^ Well it's Teen Vogue (specific audience maybe?). To be honest she's a very popular Disney Channel star, a fave the past year among fashionistas and fashionistos, appeared a lot on Fashion Police. She is very mainstream now, she also came second on Dancing with the stars! I like the cover and editorial reminds me of a PG version of Rihanna's Hard video, she's beautiful.
