A CD being at the top does is not a good way of measuring if something is 'good'.. Those crappy 'That's music now' cds that consist of singles and one hit wonders hit gold in a few weeks, and sometimes are even #1..

Most tweens have their parents buy her cds for them anyway. Covers look okay, typical Teen Vogue.
