The Best & Worst Catwalkers

Well, I think every girl has her own walk and it's just a matter of opinion whether her walk is good or bad.

Here is my list:

Favorite:
Natasha Poly: very elegant and feminine
Mariacarla: fierce and powerful walk
Daria: very natural and sophisticated walk
Carmen Kass: good walk

Special:
Snejana Onopka: sometimes fierce, sometimes elegant. I just love her walk.
Freja: I think her walk is OK for me. Her signature.
Caroline Trentini: like she's dancing when she walks the runway

Weird:
Sasha Pivovarova: something strange with her arms. But I don't hate her walk, I think it's fun(especially Versace S/S 08)
Jessica Stam: everytime I see her walking, I'm afraid her heels will be broken.
Lara Stone: maybe it's because her feet are smaller than other girls, but still her shoulders are strange

Least favorite:
Angela Lindvall: her walk is always awkward for me, it seems that she can't keep pace with the music.
Suvi Koponen: bland, especially her facial expression

^^Yeah she does...I've always liked her. Her walk looks very natural, yet still energetic.

yea her walk is nice! I wish she'd do a different pose every once in a while at the end though...
My favorite walkers are Isabeli, Milagros, Gisele, Natasha, Mariacarla, Snejana, Eugenia, and Irina Lazareanu!

I agree. to me she's 100% ed material, she can look good on the runway but there's poor presence. . editorial work seems to be her forte, she's delivered some truly stunning work and just keeps getting better in that department..

I was watching video of Elie Saab S/S 08 and noticed Anna Tokarska. Her walk in that show was almost identical to Stam's. A lot of younger girls try to emulate some of Stam's walk, but this is the first time I saw someone older than her, walk that same distinctive way. I've noticed Anna before, but never made the connection. Stam's walk always seems so unique to her.

Sasha gets a lot of heat. Her style is more of a march, kind of a power walk. When she's able to be expressive, she can light up the room. The Sonia Rykiel S/S 08 show was a great example of that. If you haven't seen video of that show yet, seek it out. Great show, many stand outs like Sasha, Vlada, Irina K...

She looks like she doesn't know what to do with her arms, she doesn't spend a long time giving a pose at the end of the runway either - she's off as quick as she can!

Worst- Sasha Pivovarova- seriously she looks like she is on crack or something. Her walk is incredibly weird and her right arm and head move so disproportionately from the rest of her body.
