Karlie's walk sucks imo, a lot of VS girls dont have good walks

Karlie's walk just Sucks and that's true... I used to not to like her, but now i know she's really good on what it comes to print work, and now i enjoy a lot of work.

But let's not be biased, her walk is just awful... and i agree lots of VS models are not good walker, but good smilers.

And i wouldn't compare girls from 2004/2005 generation like Vlada, Snejana, Natasha, etc... or others... with the girls of this generation in terms of walk, because the first are so much much more better, and partly because they're working it in different walk trends.

I agree with the majority- Karlie does not have a great walk by all means. It has however improved throughout the years.

I do think that she's got great presence on the runway. While I'm not a big fan of Karlie I can't help but admire the drama she adds to the catwalk, something unseen in fashion shows (at least high fashion ones) since the 90s. I just couldn't help but smile when at Ralph Lauren S/S 13 she began to fan herself with the clutch she was carrying in true old-school supermodel fashion.

I do think that she's got great presence on the runway. Karlie was the only one who had that fan shaped clutch and she was instructed to do so but she always takes it too far IMO It was really cringe worthy to me.

Karlie's walk does suck but it is so hard to associate her as a VS girl because she is not VS material at all and people keep saying she should only stick with HF. Although VS has been hiring some crappy models recently, I think their old models had the best walks but it was a different era altogether. The 'Come Fly With ME' segment from 2006 is my favorite

Karlie is a considered to be a VS girl now even though many in the VS fanbase doesn't think she VS material. Karlie's walk isn't one of the best but it has improved over the years.

Lily Aldridge is one of the worst catwalkers that VS has ever had. Lily's movements are very robotic and awkward.

Yes, Lily is horrible at VS. while I am not a fan of Karlie's walk because she looks like a zombie I think it has gotten better in the last years. IMO she doesn't fit VS, but they're using her so nothing we can do about it.

Idk I just feel she looks robotic and her arms are hanging quite awkwardly, maybe its the strapless dress which is cutting her wrong.

I think she's slowly improving. It's no good walk but it's acceptable, especially when you recall her starting out walk - she really walked like a caveman.

I think it's really interesting how the opinions split!

Me personally I do really like Karlie's walk and think it's quite strong.
There have been killer appearances to me like at A.Wang S/S 2010 (8:20)


I agree, that Joan's walk is very robotic.
I think she's trying too hard (see Prabal Gurung S/S 2013) and that makes her look weird and stiff.

Karlie's stomp rocked at Alexander Wang, so so good! It's a walk thats easy to understand why people may not like it though.

I agree with Prabal Gurung, the arm swing is TOO much and she looks like a wind up toy.

For me, i just can't like Joan's in runway, even though i like her in print, her walk for me it's nothing appealing to me, to the point i rather see karlie on the runway than joan, i don't know, but for me Joan in the runway it's something painful to watch.

Watching the VS video I think Adriana's walk was so different to the other models. Not criticising it at all just saying it's nice how she wasn't totally strutting her stuff but had a more relaxed walk

Its def gotten better but it still sucks. Sometimes it looks like she's tripping over herself down the runway. She's much more suited for print...
