Don't know if this is the proper forum for it, but one of my favorite things each fashion week in NYC is reading The Daily, a fashion-week-only glossy put out by the people who put up 7th on 6th, telling you the latest on the shows and the buzz aroun things as they happen. It's usually only available at the tents and at the shows, and you see all the editors and show goers carting them around while waiting for the next show. But for those not in NYC, you can download the PDF file each day as it is released and see the mag in its entirety. Here's the link for the site:

Always cleverly irreverent. Two parts that really made me laugh this issue: the cartoon of Kirstie Alley and in the Get To Know JLo's Show Stylist bit, the question posed "Is she from the block?"

It's free, so I don't think it's ever for sale anywhere else. You just have to settle for the PDFs (which are damn complete!). They always have all the previous issues at the tents as well. Makes waiting more tolerable.

i cant upload today's issue, it says the file is damaged and cannot be repaired.....
anyone else having similar problems?? what should i do now?

They should have the stand right in front of the doors - just pick them up!

And I'm having trouble downloading today's issue as well - perhaps it hasn't been uploaded to the site fully. Maybe they'll fix it by tomorrow's issue at latest.

You might want to email them about that fact, liberty. I couldn't open up yesterday's file myself. I'll just have to read them when I get them...

There were some members who were interested in the Daily, the magazine that are given for free for fashion week attendes, if you want to get it for free you can go to their website, fill out a 2 short questions survey (will take less than 2 seconds to answer) and you can receive it. For canadian and USA residents only though.....:
