The "M" word....(for women over forty...)

Hi!

I didn´t find a thread on Menopause, yeah, that´s what it´s called!!! so, here it is.
I don´t know if I´m there yet, but lately I´ve been suffering the WORST PMS ever, with horrible mood swings, food cravings, some difficulty sleeping all night.

So I started to seach here and there...and it was just adding 2+2....I´m 43... so I gotta think about the M word!!!


I thought maybe this would be a nice place to exchange views and experiences. It´s something you never think it´s gonna happen to YOU but then...one day you´re there.


Please, I don´t mean to exchange medical opinions or advice here. I just wanted to start a little place to vent, talk, laugh and feel less alone in this.

Hey Moderators....I don´t know if this thread should go here or in Heart and Soul....Please you decide....
