The Mighty Boosh!

Did anyone see The Big Fat Quiz of the Year or whatever it was called? Noel and Russell Brand were in one team, naming themselves the Goth Detectives. It was hilarious!

I saw it they were brilliant - totally cracked me up..

I've never watched The Mighty Boosh, just missed it completely so I'm hoping they'll repeat it..
Or, is it worth going and buying the DVD's?

That was great! I'd love to see Noel & Russell do stand up together, they're a great duo.

Has anyone seen the Mighty Boosh live dvd - it's just as good as the shows!B)

Yes! It got a re-run late at channel 4 a few months ago. It's also now out on dvd. Shame it got little to no publicity from ch4, it was an amazingly underrated and funny show. Then they put man to man with dean learner on

Are they not making anymore episodes?

I believe there's going to be a 3rd series of the Boosh...and possibly a movie although I don't know if thats true or just wishful thinking! ;) Julian has said he'd like to tour as a band which would be pretty amazing :woot:

yeah it was crap.

more boosh is in the pipeline, the show is in the process of being written...doubtful whether it's going to be on the beeb after the treatment they recieved the last time. a switch to ch4 would make sense, it's definitely more of their demographic audience...

there should be a live tour maybe late 2007-2008 (2008 being more likely). word is the new series is set in the 'nabootique' as was featured on the live show. sounding good!

But it is produced by Baby Cow so it would be surprising if they did go to C4.

I hope Robots in disguise are in series 3 they were great as the electro/goth girls ^_^

baby cow is coogan's production company so it could very well go there. let's just say it won't end up on bbc three again.

i'm sure the robots will make their appearances B)

But aren't all of Coogan's programmes on BBC2 though?

Yeah, wasn't it? Which is sad as I adore Richard Ayoade.

Anyone see Nathan Barley of Snuff Box? Those were two of my favourite Boosh-related programmes. Of course, both only lasted one series.

Now what was this programme called that had "The Goth Detectives" in it? I really really really have to see this. OK, so maybe I have a wee soft spot for that Russell Brand and his hair, ok?
