Okay, I know this isn't much to go off of but I don't have a picture! I'm trying to think of this model who has short dark hair, reminds me of Shea Prueger (but isn't her). She isn't a very well-known model, was a new face in the past few years. I don't know if she even did any runway work, but I'm pretty sure she had an agency in NY. And its not Cecilia Mendez! Any help is appreciated!
